Returns & Cancellations Policy

Your right to cancel or return (EU customers)

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the last item in your order. Weekends and public holidays are included in this period.

If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address), you cannot use the link above. Instead, please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once fulfilled, please follow the return process above.

Returning items

After notifying us of your decision to return, you must send the items back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us.

Refunds

We will refund you no later than 14 days after we receive the returned items. We will refund the price of the items plus the cost of standard outbound delivery. We will use the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

You will need to cover the return costs yourself and will not be covered by Rhianna Catt.
