Living Veil - Limited Edition Mezzotint, Engraving & Debossing
Living Veil is an original mezzotint and embossing by artist Rhianna Catt. The plate itself is cut to the shape of the Dragonfly, allowing the image to be debossed directly into the paper, adding subtle depth and a sculptural quality to the print.
Created as a study in both process and design. Printed in a rich dark crimson/purple ink.
Part of a series of three, other prints include Forest Herald (Beetle) and Luminous Decay (Moth).
